Overview

Making earned wage access easy to understand. Ekko’s website speaks to two audiences at once: HR leaders weighing a new employee benefit, and frontline workers who want to know how to get paid earlier. The redesign gives each a clear path — plain language, real numbers and the brand’s K-Wave energy.

  • Role: UI/UX Design · Ekko in-house

  • Platform: Responsive website — desktop & mobile

  • Pages: Home, For Employers, For Employees, Impact, About Us, Careers, News, News Detail

The Challenge

One website, two audiences — the employers who buy, and the workers who use.

The Goals

Clarity. Explain earned wage access in seconds — no finance jargon, just what it is, how it works and what it costs.

Trust. Lead with proof: partner logos, ILO-certified trainers, the UNICEF handbook feature, media coverage and impact data.

Conversion. Separate journeys for employers and employees, each with its own story, FAQ and a clear next step.
