The Context
Recruitment collaborators refer candidates to partner companies and earn commission when a hire sticks. The work lived in chat groups and spreadsheets — nobody knew which candidate was at which stage, or when they would be paid.
The Goal
One mobile workspace to find open roles, submit a candidate in minutes, follow every hiring stage and see exactly what they have earned — with KPI and levels that keep collaborators motivated.
The Core Flow
From open role to paid commission: find a role with search and filters, refer a candidate by uploading a CV in one form, track progress through every stage in one list, get paid with commission split into paid and pending, and level up through KPI targets and perks.
Onboarding
Scan to join. A QR or referral code brings new collaborators straight into their team.
Two account types. Individuals and businesses get their own sign-up paths and fields.
OTP, in context. Phone or email verification happens in a sheet, without leaving the form.
Jobs & Referral
Scannable job cards. Salary, commission, location and deadline sit in one glance; Hot and Urgent tags surface priority roles.
Filters that matter. Narrow by level, location, salary and commission without leaving the list.
One referral form. Candidate details, CV upload and history live together, so nothing gets submitted twice.
Commission & Reports
Paid vs. pending, at a glance. Monthly totals, a split chart and commission by type answer “when do I get paid?” before it is asked.
Progress you can see. KPI rings and progress bars turn quarterly targets into a visible finish line.
Levels that reward. Each level unlocks clear perks, so the next onboarded candidate always has a reason.
Design System
A small kit that scales: 85 color variables, one type family (Manrope) and a handful of components carry all 40+ screens.
